Quantcast top 1,000 sites: we're in the list (again)

One problem with panel data is that then they adjust or recalibrate their rankings, it negatively (or positively) impacts a site in a way that does not reflect the real traffic of that site. Take FunAdvice, according to Quantcast, we were top 1,000 about six months ago for the first time, then we "dropped" in traffic...well, the reality is, we've been gaining since.

So this time, when quantcast puts FunAdvice into the top 1,000 sites in the US you can believe their estimate, as per Google Analytics last month, we did get about 1.7 million US visitors...(unique) and over 2.6 million total visitors...2.4 million *unique* visitors.

It feels great to have people enjoying the site...we've been rolling minor improvements quickly this last week and I hope that it helps make the site easier to use (and more fun).
